EESRA First GBM 2019
September 11, 2019
ESRA propels their first GBM to a terrific start with many eager new members wanting to contribute to their solid-propulsion rocket. They go over who their lead captains are for design and propulsion and what it takes to get to where they want to be by this year's competition. We have co-propulsion captain David Ramirez hosting a miniature introduction lecture to show new members a collegiate understanding of how propulsion works.
BLT First GBM 2019

Beach Launch Team hosts their first GBM and the turnout was outstanding. BLT could not contain all the students interested in one general room so they had to divide the members into groups in order to explain their project. Here they show different components of last years rockets as well as photos of their last launch.
Week of Welcome

AIAA pitches their tent on upper-campus along with the rest of the organizations CSULB has to offer. AIAA and BLT present past events/projects and passed out membership forms to recruit more members.
AIAA First GBM 2019

AIAA launches their first general body meeting of the 2019 fall semester. Ian introduces AIAA as a whole and further discusses what they can provide their members in regards to experience in the Aerospace field. He introduces notable industry tours and guest speakers, as well as the 3 projects associated with AIAA: Beach Launch Team (BLT), Experimental Sounding Rocket Association (ESRA), and Long Beach Aviation (LBA).
Eningeering Week of Welcome
August 28/29, 2019
AIAA set up a booth in front of the Out-Post Lawn along with the other engineering organizations for Engineering Week of Welcome. AIAA presents along side BLT to promote Aeronautics and Astronautics on The Beach! AIAA recruited many students in AIAA during this 2 day span.
