As the former director of Advanced Media Production for the College of Professional and International Education at CSULB turned Space Advocate; Mr. Kaplan presented and discussed the LightSail project which uses photons from light instead of rocket propellant to propel the Light Sail across space.

Agile engineering encompasses adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continual improvement, and it further encourages rapid and flexible response to change.
